We plan it out together.
Once we clarify the details, we send you a rendered blueprint (for terrain orders), along with a production and price estimate.
Layout design will have a Planning Charge, but 50% of it can be applied to your final price, up to a maximum of $50.
We'll help you craft the worlds you've imagined.
Once we work out any changes and you approve your blueprint, your items will be custom printed and shipped to you, anywhere in the USA.
Production time depends on the size and complexity of your order.

Rescale, recolor, rejoice!
We offer the items in our store in a variety of colors, and some in multicolor! Because sometimes a person just has to have a Xykit unicorn Dice Pal with the right shade of sparkly purple hair and dark green eyes.
Some items in our store (like our Librarian's Enchanted Tomes) have so many options that we might not be able to capture all of your choices in an online store order form. We might have to discuss the details with you in order to get it just right.
We're happy to make your unique color combo or model scale, within the limits of what's technically feasible. We'll send you a quote for approval and payment before we start production on your item. We'll only charge you more than our usual price if your options result in increased production costs.
🗺️ Drafting your blueprint
Mapping it all out
If you request a modular or scatter terrain set, we'll need to get information about the setting, the size of your play area, and your desired scale.
If you already have map layouts for your campaign, we can work to build these using our modular tile sets. We have a huge variety of environments and genres available to us. If you have multiple maps in the same setting, we can design a set that could be used to create each of your maps, with as little redundancy as possible.
Depending on the size and complexity of your project, you may be charged a Planning Charge (design fee) before we start. This usually ranges between $25 and $100, depending on the time involved. Although the Planning Charge is non-refundable, 50% of it may be applied toward the purchase of your printed set, if you choose to move forward with purchasing the terrain as designed.
Once we have the information we need, we draw up a blueprint for your idea, making sure it meets your needs and budget. We provide estimates for production and shipping time. Production begins once we receive payment and final approval from you.

Painted Terrain Sets
We offer printed and painted terrain sets as custom orders. Our terrain really comes to life when it's been prepped and painted!
Reach out to us if this is something you're interested in. The process is similar to our unpainted custom terrain. We do not offer painting services for items purchased elsewhere.
Paint quality is to a reasonable tabletop standard for your personal enjoyment. We're not striving for a competition standard.
Painted sets have a longer production time than unpainted sets. If you're thinking of ordering one, please contact us with several weeks' lead time.
